WARDROBE CONSULTATION

We will guide you through selecting 2 - 4 outfits. Don't worry, if you don't have anything to wear you'll also receive exclusive access to our Studio Style Closet. Plus you can always shop, borrow, or rent whatever you want!

1 HOUR SESSION

Chill Out! Its not your job to be photogenic, we're going to coach you to look your best. We'll guide you through all the posing and expressions!

REVEAL SESSION

Scheduled to take place after your amazing photo session. This is where we will show you your incredible portraits + you will  have the opportunity to purchase prints and/or digital products.

A non-refundable session fee payment is required to book your session. Full payment is required before commencement of session. Pricing + turnaround time is subject to change. Applicable taxes will be added to all orders. 

All print orders are generated from our professional print lab to ensure quality + color accuracy.

For your convenience Visa, Mastercard, + American Express are accepted. Payments by debit or credit card will accrue a 3.5% fee. Current pricing will be honored for thirty (30) days for sessions that are booked with the initial payment. Special promotional discounts or other offers cannot be combined. 

  • How do payments work?
    I require a 50% non-refundable payment to hold your wedding date on my calendar. I require the remaining 50% no less than 30 days prior to your wedding date.
  • Do you accept payment plans?
    Sure thing! I do require the 50% non-refundable initial payment upfront to add your wedding date to my calendar. Your balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to your wedding date. Outside of that, I'd be happy to arrange a payment plan with you. In the past, I've set up monthly payments, or three to four payment installations that occur over time. I'm more than willing to work out a unique payment plan with you!
  • What type of payment do you accept?
    Major credit/debit cards can be accepted in-person or via our online invoicing system. A 3.5% surcharge applies for all credit/debit card payments.
  • How do I book with you?

  • Can I hire you for an engagament sessison and not a wedding?
    Yes, you can! You know I'd love to photograph both, but I'm always up for an engagement session. Portrait sessions start at $550. Please click the link below to complete our inquiry form.
  • Do you provide customized collections?
    Not all weddings are the same-- I get it! For that reason, I can provide a customized wedding collection to fit your needs. Talk to me and I'll make it work!
  • Do you travel outside of the Hampton Roads Virginia area for weddings?
    Of course! The client will be responsible for lodging and travel expenses.
  • Do you photograph destination weddings?
    Absolutely! From coast to coast, Pacific to Atlantic, I'd love to come to you. Let's chat about the details of your destination wedding!
  • What equipment do you use?
    I currently use a Nikon Z7ii, Nikon Z6ii as my main cameras. My second photographer is equipped with two nikon D750s to all weddings. I have two zoom lenses such as a 24-70mm and a 70-200mm. I also have two 3 fixed lenses 35mm, 50mm, and a 85mm.
  • Do you use a second photographer on a wedding day?
    Yes, depending on which collection you have chosen. For those collections that do not have a second photographer an assistant is usually on site.
  • Can I hire an additional photographer to shoot our wedding?
    The contract you will sign states that Dora Breaux Photography are the only photographers allowed to shoot on your wedding day. This helps promote creativeness and ensures you get the best photos. I do offer additional photographers depending on the collection you choose. As long as guests do not infringe upon our space while shooting, they can take pictures with their cameras/tablets/phones.
  • How soon after our wedding should we expect our online viewing gallery?
    Please expect 6 - 12 weeks for gallery delivery.
  • How many photos will we receive?
    This can vary greatly depending on a number of factors. I generally deliver a minimum of 50 images per hour on average.
  • Can I print from the USB that's included in my collection?
    Absolutely! All of the photos from your wedding online gallery will be on the USB drive + come with a print release. They will be printable up to an 8 x 10 size.
  • Do you provide a wedding album?
    We do offer various print products such as our classic and signature collection albums as well as wall art such as canvas prints, acrylic prints, etc. You can also add an additional album to your collection such as a parent album :-)
  • I have more questions for you. What's the best way to reach you?
    You can give me a ring, shoot me an email or even drop me a note on Facebook and I'll get back to you within 24-48 hours. No question is silly and I'm here to help out and make sure you're 100% filled in.
