Your Groupon voucher covers our standard session fee valued at $350 or $700. Session fee includes a full 1 hour or 2 hour photography session. The $99 voucher includes a one hour on location session, (1) 8 x 10 or (2) 5 x 7 prints. The $195 session voucher includes a 2 hour on location session, (1) 11 x 14 (1) 8 x 10 or (2) 5 x 7 prints.
WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED
Digital images are not included. After your session, we will go over your photos. Purchase only the ones you LOVE. We sell both high-resolution digital images (printable to 8 x 10) with print rights as well as print products for your home. Digital images are priced at $50 each for low resolution and $100 each for high resolution. Digital and print collections are available.
HOW TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT

Q: HOW LONG WILL EVERYTHING TAKE?
A: You will be here for approximately 1-2 hours total. Please plan your day accordingly.
Q: WHAT HAPPENS THE DAY OF MY SESSION?
A: When you arrive at your session we'll have a short 5-10 min consultation where we’ll talk about your session, expectations, and concerns. I want to make sure that you LOVE your experience as much as I want you to LOVE your photos.
Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY PHOTOS READY?
A: Depends on my queue list and the time of the year. It could take 2 to 8 weeks. I suggest you schedule your session at least two months before any deadlines to ensure delivery by your due date. Once your photos are done, you'll receive and online gallery where you can choose the images you want.

Although there is no pressure to get anything beyond your package, all clients love their photos and usually invest more. Most clients spend between $350 - $1000 on additional images/products. Q: WHAT CAN I DO WITH MY DIGITAL IMAGES?
A: Any images you get in digital format are for personal use only. All digital collections come with a print release.
Q: DO YOU RETOUCH THE IMAGES?
A: All photos have basic retouching done and some may have skin softening. If you want advanced editing on more photos, such as skin retouching or body contouring, that can be done for $20 per edit, per image. Certain edits may need to be outsourced and I'll have to provide a custom quote for those. Most people love the photos with the original edits and don't see a need for advanced editing, so I recommend you view the photos first, and then decide if you want to add extra editing to your package.
Q: DO I HAVE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?
A: All sessions, photo ordering sessions, and print/album pickups are by appointment only.
Q: WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE TO MY SESSION?
A: Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes before your session. If you cancel or wish to reschedule and give less than 72 hours notice, there is a $29 rescheduling fee. There are no exceptions as I have likely turned prospective clients away. If you are more than 20 minutes late, I will assume you are a no show and may leave the location or studio or start my next session. If you are going to be more than 20 minutes late, you must email me at email@example.com and/or text 757-774-6142 letting me know you are still coming and will utilize anytime remaining on your session. I am unable to go over time as I will likely have another session scheduled after yours. If you miss or show up late, you will not receive a refund. All retainers/sessions fees are non-refundable. So please make sure to map the address in advance and plan for traffic and any other obstacles.

Q: HOW LONG IS MY VOUCHER VALID FOR?
A: Your voucher has an expiration date and it's usually about four to six months.
Q: DO I NEED TO COME IN OR MAKE AN APPOINTMENT BEFORE MY VOUCHER EXPIRES?
A: You need to redeem (meaning your session must be held) before your voucher expires. That being said, if you have a voucher expiring soon and cannot find an appointment available before it expires, please make your appointment before your voucher expires for a future date that works for you. You must make the appointment before the voucher expires.
